About Lawl. Save game. Anime Bookmarks was started 18 March, 2007 after two days of development and months of planning (and delaying). The service opened with 263 bookmarks available from a number of different anime series. The service was created by sk89q, and the initial bookmarks were courtesy of him. Member Sheepy is credited with thinking up the name, which was considerably better than "I left off here."
